What information do I need to provide to qualify?

We need some of the basics like your home address and landlord's information so that we can link the two.

Does my landlord need to approve this?

Technically no, but we prefer your landlord is on board because it makes the whole process a lot more seamless.

How are payments split?

On the first of the month, pay half your rent and we'll cover the other half. Then, pay us back in two smaller chunks throughout the month.

Is there a fee for using this service?

There is no subscription fee. However, we do charge 6% per transaction to cover the costs associated with maintaining consistent service, customer care, and other necessary services.

What happens if I don't have enough money in my account?

If you don't have enough money to cover what we paid to cover your rent, we will keep your security deposit. If you are in good standing and owe us nothing, you can request your security deposit back at any time.
